The AI meeting report
Once a meeting is transcribed, Meetingize generates an AI meeting report: a structured summary of what was discussed, built automatically from the transcript.
What does the meeting report contain?
Section titled “What does the meeting report contain?”- A title and description for the meeting.
- A short summary and a long summary.
- A minutes table, organized by speaker and timestamp, so you can see who said what and when.
- Key takeaways from the meeting.
- Action items, grouped by the speaker responsible for each one.
- Speaker identification: suggested names for each speaker label, with a confidence level.
How do I edit the report?
Section titled “How do I edit the report?”You can edit the generated text directly in the app. Manual edits are preserved and are not overwritten by later automatic processing.
Can I regenerate the report?
Section titled “Can I regenerate the report?”Regenerating the AI report yourself from the app is not currently available; edits you make directly in the report are the way to correct it after fixing the transcript.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The report is generated by an AI model and should be reviewed before being relied on as a final record, especially for regulated advice documentation (see Proof of advice).
- The report feeds directly into document generation: see Professional personas and document templates and Generating and exporting documents.
